At the invitation of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Lrkusk Sciences Center, Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, arrived in China.

On January 5, During the ten-day goodwill visit in China, the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research （IGSNRR）received the delegation.

On January 8, Liu Jiyuan, the Director General of IGSNRR, held talks with Kuzmin, the President of Lrkusk Sciences Center. Next day, the delegation delivered academic reports at a conference.

On January 14, Bureau of International Cooperation Chinese Academy Sciences, the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research and Lrkusk Sciences Center signed cooperative agreement to boost research and development collaboration between the two countries.
