Brief Introduction to the speaker:
Liudmila Lebedeva, Ph.D., is a senior researcher at the Melnikov Permafrost Institute, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Yakutsk. She holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the Institute of Geography, Russian Academy of Sciences (2018). Her research focuses on permafrost and cold-region hydrology, isotope hydrology, field studies, and hydrological processes in non-stationary environments. Over the past six years, Liudmila has authored/co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed papers in leading research journals, including Permafrost and Periglacial Processes, The Cryosphere, Journal of Hydrology, etc.
