Prof. Roger Vickerman, the University of Ken, Brussels Roger Vickerman is Professor of European Economics and Dean of the University of Kent, Brussels. He is also Director of the Centre for European, Regional and Transport Economics at the University of Kent. Professor Vickerman’s research focuses on the relationship between transport (especially infrastructure), regional development and integration in theEU.He is particularly known for his studies on major infrastructure projects, particularly the EU’s Trans-European Networks. He is currently working on questions relating to public-private partnerships, regulation in transport and the ex-post analysis of ERDF and Cohesion Fund expenditure on transport. |
