Introduction to the speaker:
Professor Guy Robinson is the Director of Centre for Regional Engagement, Director of Centre for Rural Health and Community Development, and Director of Department of Rural Health, University of South Australia.
He is currently the Editor of ‘Land Use Policy’ and the ‘British Review of New Zealand Studies (BRONZS)’. He was awarded the President’s Medal by the Royal Scottish Geographical Society in 1994, and won the Royal Geographical Society’s Wilfred Thesiger Award in 2009.
His Research interests: (1) Rural and regional development; (2) Environmental management - especially issues relating to sustainable agriculture and waste management; (3) Quantitative and qualitative analysis of geographical data; (4) Nationalism and identity.
Dr. Susan Robinson is the Postgraduate Tutor & Research Coordinator, University of South Australia.
