Introduction:
Dr. Senthold Asseng is an Associate Professor at the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at the University of Florida. His research interests are in systems analysis to understand, compare and improve the productivity and sustainability of atmosphere-crop-soil systems changing over time and space and at different scales. He specializes in climate variability and climate change impact and adaptation of cropping systems. Research activities also include the integration of bio-physical and human behavior approaches to study emerging behavior in human-agricultural landscape systems.
