Dr. Hareton Leung serves on the Editorial Board of Software Quality Journal and Journal of the Association for Software Testing. He is a Fellow of Hong Kong Computer Society, Chairperson of its Quality Management Division (QMSID) and Chairperson of HKSPIN. He previously held team leader positions at BNR, Nortel, and GeneralSoft Ltd. He is also an accomplished industry consultant. His clients include large and medium-sized organizations and government departments throughout Hong Kong and China, such as Housing Authority, Social Welfare Dept, MPFA, OGCIO, MTR, HIT, Intellectual Property Department, VTech, Hong Kong Productivity Council, AIA Shanghai, and Chinese Academy of Science.
